My name is Michael Tobisch and I was born in 1962. Since over two and a half decades, I'm wokring in the IT business. My early projects include PAN (Public Access Network) pages (an early, centralized information system by the Austrian Post Authority called "BTX"), which I did for cultural projects in Graz, Austria. Those were presented in the early 80s for the "Styrian Autumn" festival. From 1988 to 1994 I worked as a programmer (with Clipper) and Network Administrator (Novell) at the University for Music in Graz. After that I was responsible for all IT matters in a small private hospital (~120 beds) for 4 years. In 1998 I started my own business and realized a lot of web projects (some of them below). The situation as a single man enterprise became more and more difficult, so I decided to give up and since 2003 I work for the City Council of Innsbruck.
