Confirmation email to form submitter (Netherlands)

Hi there,

Just started working with the form module, and it is excellent! One thing I couldn't find in the help or the forum whether it is possible to send a confirmation email or copy email to the submitter of the form with a copy of the things he or she put in the form. As a kind of reassurance that the email is sent and all is well. Is this possible with the module?

Andries,

this is possible, but not documented (yet). There are a few requirements to get it:

An Email-Address item must be added to the form.
This Email-Address item must be set as the sender address in the form settings
You can add an item of the type "Send copy" then - this will produce a checkbox, so the user can choose if he/she wants a confirmation or not. (Note: This option is only available if 1) and 2) are done and if there is no "Send" copy item on the form).
