thanks for submitting the export, this did really help finding the problem. I do not want to explain this too much in technical details, but the problem is, that the generation of the email content and the submission display is the same procedure. This expects a group header value and a header value, and as you did not have selected any of these in the settings, an exception occures which blocks creating the html content - therefore, it's empty. I will fix this in the next version, in the meantime please use text mails.

The good news about this is: The submissions appear in the database, so after fixing this problem, they will all appear in "Edit Submissions".
