I am having the same issue. I am placing a standard e-mail address in the value field. Does there need to be more then one?  I see the orginal poster noteed "properly formated values per the help".  I have looked at the help at least a couple times and see nothing in it in regards to the accepted format.

I have also reinstalled the module. Running  DDN 4.9 with a module version of 2.0. The supporting module is also installed.

I am sure it's some thing I am just overlooking.  It would be greatly appreciated if some one could offer some guidance.
