My name is Michael Tobisch and I was born in 1962. Since over two decades, I'm wokring in the IT business. My early projects include PAN (Public Access Network) pages (an early, centralized information system by the Austrian Post Authority called "BTX"), which I did for cultural projects in Graz, Austria. Those were presented in the early 80s for the "Styrian Autumn" festival. From 1988 to 1994 I worked as a programmer (with Clipper) and Network Administrator (Novell) at the University for Music in Graz. After that I was responsible for all IT matters in a small private hospital (~120 beds) for 4 years. In 1998 I started my own business and realized a lot of web projects (some of them below). The situation as a single man enterprise became more and more difficult, so I decided to give up and since 2003 I work for the City Council of Innsbruck.
